Overview
HTFC seeks qualified Proposers to achieve the following goals:
- Increase the supply of quality housing that is affordable to low, very low and extremely low income households in parts of the State where such housing is not sufficient or currently available for lease in the marketplace.
- Preserve the long-term viability of existing Federal and State investments in affordable housing.
Through this NOFA, Proposers may request one of two sources of rental assistance for existing, eligible housing.
